What is THINK, EAT AND MOVE?
Think, Eat and Move (TEAM) is a FREE healthy lifestyle program that aims to support teenagers between 13 – 17 years who are above a healthy weight, to improve their physical activity and eating habits and to live healthier lifestyles.
The program has been designed by health professionals and acknowledges the growing independence of teenagers by providing easy online access to the program and the flexibility to complete the program at a time that suits you. The program has been specifically written for this age range and includes advice and ideas relevant to teenagers.
Teenagers completing the program will learn a range of practical skills and useful tips each week helping them to make healthy choices and to take the lead on their health.
