What is TEAM Kids?

Think, Eat and Move (TEAM) is a healthy lifestyle program designed by health professionals to support individuals and families to improve their physical activity levels and eating habits.

The TEAM Kids program helps children to learn about healthy eating and the importance of being active through fun and interactive online sessions.

How does it work?

Each week children and parent or carers will:

  • Complete a fun and interactive online activity session
  • Speak with their phone coach
  • Work on their targets at home

The online activity sessions take about 30 minutes and can be completed at a time that suits you. The phone coaching calls take about 30 minutes and are mostly with the parents and carers. These are booked in ahead of time with flexible appointments available in the afternoons and evenings.

Throughout the program you will also receive a range of resources in the mail and regular SMS and email messages.

The TEAM Kids program is free for eligible children and has new programs starting each term.
